A graduate of Harvard University's Business School and a PhD in Engineering graduate of Purdue University, Dr. Sinan holds the position of Chairman and CEO. His main responsibility is to set the Company’s overall strategies and supervise their implementation. Dr. Sinan has more than thirty years experience in Business and Banking, with an Engineering and Construction Management background. Previous work experience includes: Gulf International Bank (Bahrain), Gulf Investment Corporation (Kuwait), The World Bank (Washington D.C., USA), Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu – Jubail Project, and Aramco.

Mr. Ihsan Sinan

With over 14  years of experience in Investment and Financial Services, Mr. Ihsan Sinan's focus is in organizational development, strategic planning and implementation.  Prior to joining CIC, Mr. Ihsan Sinan worked in the areas of Retail Banking, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Syndicated Loans arrangement for Petrochemical, Energy and Utility sectors. Mr. Ihsan Sinan used to manage a lending portfolio exceeding one billion US Dollar. He holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Investment and Finance. Previous employers include: Arab National Bank (Saudi Arabia), Arabian Petrochemical Company - SABIC (Saudi Arabia), and Saudi Aramco.

Manal S. AlBayat
Executive Vice President

Miss AlBayat brings more than twelve years of experience in Banking and Consultancy to CIC. She is in charge of the Company's support functions, including Administration, Human Resources, Financial Controls, and IT. Her previous work experience includes Gulf International Bank (Bahrain), Bank One and PNC Bank (USA). Manal holds a BS from Purdue University in Organizational Management and an MBA from DePaul University with a concentration in Marketing and Change Management.
